Manado is a city in the province of North Sulawesi, also the capital of the province. Manado feel fatigued at the end of the island of North Sulawesi.
City motto is "Si Tou Timou Tu Mou Tou", a philosophy of life of the people in Minahasa and populer by Sam Ratulangi or GSSJ Ratulangi. Meaning is "human life for the people" or "the life of another person." In the expression language Manado, often said: "Baku Beking Pande", which means literature "Sharing makes smart (people)".
